Holiday Arts Academy: April 2025
For April school holidays we are running two weeks of awesome 3-day programmes where young artists (8-12 years) will learn new skills, make new friends or meet up again with old friends, try new materials, and create cool art to take home. Our holiday program provides a stimulating environment for nurturing young creatives.
The Holiday Arts Academy runs from Tuesday to Friday, from 9am – 3pm each day except public holidays.
Week One: Tuesday 15th – Thursday 17th APRIL
- Tuesday: Junk journals – Create a creative journal
- Wednesday: Claying Around – Clay Day
- Thursday: Sketchy business – Lots of drawing and sketching
- Friday: PUBLIC HOLIDAY (GOOD FRIDAY)
Week Two: Tuesday 22nd – Thursday 24th APRIL
- Tuesday: A dying art – Tie dye Day
- Wednesday: Statue Bro! – Sculpture Day
- Thursday: Printing Day – Anzac Themed
- Friday: PUBLIC HOLIDAY (ANZAC DAY)
12:1 Supervision Ratio.
Cost: $30 per day per child.
Materials are supplied but BYO kai, sunscreen/hat, & drink bottle.
Wearing older clothing is advised, as paint and ink will be used throughout the programme. Let’s get creative!
