Spaces to Hire:

The Arts Village has a range of different studio spaces available for hire by the public on an hourly or daily basis. Our studios are varied to suit most activities and are regularly booked for, venues, classes, meetings, workshops, rehearsals, yoga and more. For after hours use keys and FOB will need to be issued prior to your booking through our team.

There is access to a kitchen with tea and coffee facilities in most spaces. There are several bathrooms located onsite and free parking at the rear of The Arts Village building.

Hourly rates vary depending on the use of the space. We offer discounted rates for art workshops, charities, not-for- profits and community groups.


Spaces Available for Hire:

  • Studio Two – Studio 2 has 8 large tables which can host 8 pax individually. Featuring a small kitchenette with kettle, limited cups, saucers, plates and cutlery. Generally this space is used for the potentially “messy” workshops. Excess chairs are available for use.
  • SEATED – 50 max
  • THEATRE – 72 max
  • STANDING – 90
  • Herbert’s Room – Herbert’s Room has two large wooden tables. Suitable for small, intimate meetings. This room features 1 x whiteboard (whiteboard markers are not supplied). A french door to an outdoor deck overlooking The Arts Village Green and carpark. Excess chairs are available for use. Access to the shared kitchen area located outside this room. Equipt with microwave, hot water urn, small fridge, limited cups, saucers, plates and cutlery
  • SEATED – 10 max
  • THEATRE – 20 max
  • STANDING – 30 (with french doors open)
  • Eric Bridgman RoomIs recommended for board meetings, workshops and presentations. Generally set in a U-Shape for presentations. 1 x whiteboard (whiteboard markers are not supplied). Excess tables and chairs are available for use. Access to the shared kitchen area located outside this room. Equipt with microwave, hot water urn, small fridge, limited cups, saucers, plates and cutlery
  • SEATED – 18 max
  • THEATRE – 25 max
  • STANDING – 40 max
  • Meeting Room 2 – can fit 10-15 people. Located upstairs on the 2nd level of Wohlmann House. Suitable for open space workshops, meetings and activities. (Currently fully booked for the next 6 months)

Internet, sound system and a digital projectors are available to hire with additional costs.
